Charlotte, N.C. (January 11, 2021) – Suite Nectar Salons, a salon concept offering a turnkey approach to those looking to start their own salon suite alongside other tenants, has signed a lease to occupy just under 7,000 square feet at Hub South End, a mixed-use development in Charlotte’s highly sought-after South End neighborhood at the intersection of Hawkins and Dunavant streets. Funded by Doma Vida Capital, LLC and developed by Ram Realty Advisors, Hub South End features spaces with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Second-floor mezzanines with 14-feet ceilings offer unique opportunities for configuring spaces and suite sizes are flexible, varying from between 289 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Office spaces feature private outdoor areas, awesome for casual meetings or working outdoors.

The two-story space that Suite Nectar will occupy was leased by Meredith Ball and Tommy Trimble of Foundry Commercial. This Hub South End lease represents the second Charlotte-area location for Suite Nectar Salons (the first is in Matthews), which approaches the tenant relationship as a partnership and offers business and marketing support beyond what others in the industry provide. In addition, Suite Nectar provides a concierge to take care of both salon owners and their guests, who is responsible for a seamless front-desk experience to keeping the salon clean and well-maintained at all times. Suite Nectar is expected to officially move into the space in early 2021.

Of the remaining 15,000 square feet of retail and commercial space at Hub South End, up to 5,000 square feet have been set aside for restaurant concepts to take advantage of the space’s three-sided glass, high 28’ ceilings, and a large outdoor patio with visibility onto the active Hawkins Street corridor. Available for one or even multiple restaurant concepts, the space also offers the potential for an interior, second-level mezzanine for entertaining or private parties. Spaces at Hub South End feature street-level entries onto sidewalks wide enough for outdoor seating and connect seamlessly to the walkable South End district. Vehicular circulation is easy with Hawkins and Dunavant streets and only a block to South Tryon.
