Cody Sundberg Joins Foundry Commercial in Charlotte as Senior Vice President

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 7, 2019) – Foundry Commercial, the multi-city commercial real estate firm with offices across the Southeast and Texas, announces today the addition of Cody Sundberg to the position of Senior Vice President, focused on office agency leasing in the greater Charlotte region. He recently moved to Charlotte from Chicago, where he worked for more than 14 years as a commercial real estate broker. Sundberg’s primary focus in Charlotte will be advisory and leasing services to institutional investors and office property owners.
Before joining Foundry Commercial, Sundberg served as Senior Vice President of Zeller Realty Group, where he led leasing efforts for a 3 million+ square foot portfolio, including a 1.3 million square foot asset in Chicago's West Loop business district.
He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and was named a 2016 Finalist for the 2016 Greater Food Depository Landlord Broker of the Year. Prior to becoming a broker, Cody played professional golf on various tours throughout the U.S. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio), and resides in the Plaza Midwood community.
