Liberty Investment Properties Announces Grand Opening of WoodSpring Suites Signature Location in Clearwater

--New property marks first time Kansas-based hotel brand enters Tampa market--

ORLANDO, Fla. – Liberty Investment Properties and WoodSpring Hotels announce the grand opening of WoodSpring Suites Signature Clearwater, a 122-room extended stay hotel located at 15672 Highway 19 N, Clearwater, FL. The new hotel is the first Tampa development from Orlando-based Liberty Investment Properties. 

WoodSpring Suites Signature Clearwater includes four stories and offers three room types, each of which comes with in-room kitchens, guest laundry facilities and vending. The hotel also includes high-speed, wireless Internet, an expanded lobby/gathering space and a fitness center.

Construction on the $8.3 million hotel began in July 2015. Liberty Investment Properties selected local commercial real estate firm Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, to assist with site development and acquisition. The two companies plan to continue their relationship to develop an additional five WoodSpring Suites in Tampa, and another five in Charlotte, NC.
