Pryse Elam

Boca Raton
President of Development & Investments

"Trammell Crow once said, 'Work is more fun than fun.' The simple wisdom in that statement is this: if you love what you do, it won’t feel like work. I simply love what I do and whom I do it with."

Pryse is responsible for overseeing Foundry Commercial’s Development and Investments team. Prior to Foundry, Pryse served as Southeast Regional Director for the New Boston Fund where he was responsible for creating a vertically-integrated acquisitions, asset management, and property management platform that operated more than $600 million of acquisitions and developments and acquired more than $200 million in new investments.

He also served as CEO and President of Washington Real Estate Partners and Managing Director and Partner with Faison and Greystar, where he sourced and executed more than $500 million of multi-family residential, industrial, and retail developments and re-developments. During 15 years at Trammell Crow, Pryse was responsible for all operations in South Florida and developments and investments sales for the State of Florida, where he was responsible for more than 150 people, 15 million square-feet of space and $500 million of office, industrial, and retail development.
