Anthony Roman serves as Sr. Project Manager in the Dallas office in primary support of the Development & Investments (D&I) team. Anthony works in concert with the deal principals, brokers, underwriters, and administration, and is responsible for sourcing third-party consultants and design professionals, management of preliminary planning, preconstruction, and oversight of construction operations.
Prior to Foundry, Anthony served as the Director & Division Manager of Special Projects for Adolfson & Peterson Construction. In this role, Anthony was responsible for managing the business line that serviced commercial interiors, capital improvements, and selective ground-up projects. During his time in this role, he was instrumental in the development of new clients, valuable subcontractor relationships, and strategic placement of key personnel.
Anthony joined Foundry with 20 years of commercial construction experience, holding various roles from Project Engineer and Superintendent, to Sr. Preconstruction Manager and Project Executive. He also led a construction firm that specialized in commercial and single-family excavation and site utilities. As Partner and President of the firm, Anthony grew this business to support a staff of over seventy employees and grew a strong client portfolio, including clients listed on Engineering News Record’s “Top Contractors” as well as highly reputable real estate development firms throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.
