Taquetta Harris is a Senior Real Estate Manager for Foundry Commercial’s property management division. Ms. Harris is responsible for the day-to-day management of a Class A mixed-use development in the West-Midtown submarket. As Manager, Ms. Harris is charged with financial and operational reporting, budgeting, tenant and vendor relations, special event planning and facilitation, and team oversight.
Ms. Harris formerly worked for Franklin Street Office and Industrial Services as a Property Manager. In this capacity, she had a strong focus on strategic solutions. Ms. Harris specialized in increasing the bottom line of her assigned properties by creating and implementing strategic management plans, managing capital and tenant improvement work and financial management through budgeting and monthly reporting. Ms. Harris provided supervisory oversight of a team composed of Property Managers and Engineers for a 2.5 MSF portfolio of office, industrial, mixed-use and retail properties. She ensured team development by facilitating trainings, mentoring and progress tracking of each team member. Ms. Harris was also instrumental in property transitions and new business development efforts for the Atlanta market during her tenure.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. Harris held operations and management roles for CBRE in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets. She began as an Operations Administrator for the Asset Services division where she was responsible for operational reporting of all assets in the Florida market, transition coordination for new assignments throughout the southeast region and new business development. In addition, she assisted with property audits that ensured property management compliance with the company’s global standards. She then transitioned into a Property Manager role, managing over 2 million square feet of office and industrial product. Ms. Harris was responsible for tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, project management of capital projects and tenant improvements for institutional clients.
